Staff is always friendly. The rooms are very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Great location - within walking distance to the PNC Arena. We have stayed here multiple times and plan to come back in the future.

The bed though only a double not queen was clean. The staff although not present at the desk was helpful with filthy coffee pot replacement and second day toaster replacement. Big frig!
